How to start the Program
To join the ABVTEX Program, supplier companies and their subcontractors should access the System by clicking here. An active e-mail address is needed for this, as all communication will be through this means.
* The ABVTEX Program is available only for suppliers located in the Brazilian territory (the page can be accessed only in Portuguese language)
Access System
The process starts when you click on the link “Click here to register”, at the top left of the System screen, and then follow the steps and fill in the forms provided.
Suppliers must register all subcontractors in their supply chain.
Participation Instrument
Next, you must sign the document Supplier or Subcontractor Participation Instrument, which formalizes agreement with ABVTEX Program conditions, have the signature recognized, scan it and attach it to the System.
Schedule an Audit
After registering the required document, it will be possible to choose the Audit Body of your choice.
ATTENTION:
DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENT TO ABVTEX. ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE PROGRAM MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE CHOSEN AUDIT BODY TO UNDERTAKE THE PROCESS AND / OR ATTACHED TO THE SYSTEM.
List of documents for Audit
On the day of the audit, supplier or its subcontractor must present a series of documents regarding the company. It is therefore important to keep all the documentation organized and up to date in order to present it to the auditor, avoiding any non-compliance being noted.

Men Days may be added, in addition to what is provided in the table above, to the duration of the audits in the following cases:
Addition of an additional 4 (four) audit hours (equivalent to 0.5 man/day), in the case of direct retail suppliers, for the validation of the informed list of subcontractors;
Addition of another 4 (four) hours of audit (equivalent to 0.5 man/day), in the case of companies that have Governance processes (Block 6 of the checklist) to be evaluated by the Audit Body;
Addition of another 8 (eight) hours of audit (equivalent to 1 man/day), in the case of companies with greater requirements in the environmental field (Block 7 of the checklist), such as: laundries, printing, dyeing or others that have additional processes with environmental impacts.
** Travel time and report preparation are already included in the above dimensioning, in cases of trips up to 100 km. In case there is more than one company installed in the same plant, the preparation of each report (by CNPJ) will be charged separately.
*** The duration of audits for companies with more than 500 employees will be negotiated directly between the audited company and the Audit Body.

* Depending on the amount and type of follow up points required.
There are also other related costs, which will be specified in the Audit Agency’s commercial proposal:
• Taxes;
• Auditor’s travel expenses (when applicable);
• Cancellations and rescheduling of activities with a term of less than 10 (ten) business days from the scheduled date for the audit will incur a fine.
All these conditions must be negotiated directly between the facility to be audited and the Audit Body.
Important: If there are no employees working on the day of the audit, the audit will be canceled without refund of the amounts paid and must be rescheduled.
